WHAT: Solar Earthhome(s)
We’re buying a south-facing sloped plot of land - perfect for building an underground home with a large glass front wall. It could either be a 3-story house built into the hillside or 3 separate single-level houses.
During construction, Morana's house will serve as our home and thus become part of the larger project.
The space will welcome folks for workshops, residencies, creative and educational events, joy and leisure.

HOW: Collective ownership
The land costs 9.000 euros and will be under collective ownership as much as possible in the system which worships private property. We’ll structure it through the standalone branch of Dinamika NGO, with decision-making autonomy.
There will be a time-bank so people can contribute without money.
You can contribute any amount that’s a multiple of 90 euros (1% of the total cost), like 270, 450, 900, 1800, 2700...

We will be grounded in manual work, DIY and natural materials.

Morana’s house was never meant to be used for Morana’s “retirement”, where she would escape and spend time in peace, in nature, alone, but as a community dream.
